CANCELLATION POLICY
I absolutely understand that life happens and more often than not I can be flexible. However, I do require 24 hours or more of notice prior to your appointment for cancellations. Without this notice, you will be charged 100% of your booked service. If you show up to your appointment sick you will be asked to leave and be charged 100% of your booked services. Keep in mind this is in place to protect my customers, business, and livelihood to continue to serve this wonderful community.
